The Relational Responsibility of Leadership

  • Bridge Builder Consulting P.O. Box 1418 Pineville NC 28134 United States (map)

The relationships we build shape who we become, how effectively we work together, the cultures we create, and ultimately the cities we share.

More than a decade ago, Charlotte ranked 50th out of the nation’s 50 largest metropolitan areas for economic mobility. Today, Greater Philadelphia faces that same 50th-of-50 distinction. While the challenges are complex, research continues to show the role social connection and access to relationships can play in shaping opportunity.

In this interactive webinar, Bridge Builder Leadership Founder David “Dae-Lee” Arrington will be joined by Philadelphia City Lead Dr. David E. Thomas and Bridge Builder alum AJ Calhoun for a candid conversation about the relational responsibility of leadership and why connection and trust matter at every level of our influence.

Together, we’ll explore how relationally equipped leaders strengthen trust, collaboration, and organizational culture where people and performance can thrive, and what becomes possible when that impact extends beyond the workplace into the cities we share.
