LEADERSHIP COHORT

Relationship-Centered Leadership Development Experience

"Rightfully understanding self, is the beginning of authentically valuing others, and realizing the beauty of who we are."

BRIDGE BUILDER PHILOSOPHY

WHY BRIDGE BUILDER LEADERSHIP COHORTS?

In the midst of increasingly divided and disorienting times, marked by political tension, cultural unrest, and deepening disconnection, we believe there is an urgent need for courageous leaders who are equipped and committed to cultivating authentic relationships across difference. These leaders are the key to moving organizations forward by fostering cultures of belonging, bridging divides in their communities, and creating a world we all hope to live in.

WHAT should you expect?

The Bridge Builder Leadership Cohort isn’t your typical leadership program—it’s for leaders who desire to lead with more authenticity, courage, and connection. Relationally rooted in our Bridge Builder philosophy and framework, the cohort creatively guides a diverse group of 12 leaders through a journey of self-awareness, empathy, and collective impact. Together, they’re equipped as Authentic Relational Leaders, ready to transform their teams, organizations, and community one relationship at a time. More Details
