This special gathering will bring together a diverse group of leaders from across Charlotte to explore the vision behind Relationships Shape Everything, reflect on the realities facing our city, and begin charting a path toward a more relationally connected and trusting future.

Virtual attendees are invited to listen in as leaders from business, nonprofits, education, government, philanthropy, faith, healthcare, and the community share perspectives, stories, and hopes for Charlotte's future. The evening will also feature the premiere of Together We Build, a collaborative song and documentary-style music video created by local artists and musicians to inspire hope and remind us that the future of our city will be shaped not only by what we build, but by how we build it together.
